My 82th experiment: red bean atta bread

I am quite delighted over the red bean quick bread. So I make another using atta flour for a higher fiber content. This is for one of my good friends.

Recipe: Red bean atta bread (1 small loaf)

Ingredients
- 1 cup red bean paste
- 2 TB white sugar
- 2 TB brown sugar
- 1/3 cup mixture of cream and milk
- 1 cup atta flour
- 1 tp baking powder
- 1/2 tp salt
- 2 TB oil

Procedure:
1. Sieve flour with salt and baking powder.
2. Mix bean paste with sugars. Add oil to the paste. Then add the bean paste to atta flour mixture. Mix well. Use the mixture of cream and milk to hydrate the batter until the desired consistency is reached.
3. Bake at 375F until a stick stuck into the loaf comes out clean.
